  • Account structure built to meet Ad Grants program rules
  • Keyword research focused on supporters, donors, volunteers and program participants
  • Conversion tracking so you can report on real outcomes
  • Monitoring for policy and performance requirements, including the click-through rate minimum

Frequently asked questions

Which organizations qualify for Google Ad Grants?

Registered nonprofits in eligible countries can apply, including U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations. Governmental entities, hospitals and medical groups, and schools, academic institutions and universities are not eligible. Program rules can change, so I confirm current requirements before setup.

How much is the grant worth?

Eligible organizations can receive up to $10,000 a month in Google Ads credit. Actual spend depends on search demand and how the account is managed.

What happens if my account is not compliant?

Google can pause or deactivate accounts that miss program requirements, such as a minimum click-through rate. Ongoing monitoring is a core part of my service.

Does the grant pay for ads on other platforms?

The grant covers Google Search ads and Performance Max campaigns. It does not cover other platforms such as Microsoft Ads or Meta, so many nonprofits pair it with other outreach.

Have you managed Ad Grants accounts before?

Yes. I have managed Google Ad Grants accounts for nonprofits, including High Country News, and provided Ad Grants support for the River Road African American Museum.
